At Storuu, we take product safety, hygiene, and quality seriously. As we deal with wellness and medical products, returns or replacements are accepted only in limited and verified cases.
We accept return or replacement requests only if the product arrives damaged or if any accessories are missing from the package. To ensure fairness and safety, all requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for opened or used products, change of mind, personal preference, incorrect usage, or any reason other than delivery damage or missing accessories.

Your email must include the Order ID, a clear description of the issue (damaged product or missing accessories), a continuous unboxing video from start to finish, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly. Requests that do not meet the above conditions will be politely declined.
